Pre-University (14-17 years)

Course Features:

A challenging programme for those with an upper intermediate level of English or above to help you
prepare for future university and career choices.
Maximum class size: 16 international students
*22.5 hours’ tuition per week (18 hours’ in your arrival week) divided between Majors, Minors, Academic Workshops and end-of-week presentation
Study a different Major and Minor each week e.g. Business and Economics, Advanced STEM, Film Making & Drama, International Relations
Experienced teachers bring complex subjects to life
Enhance your critical thinking skills
Academic Workshops enrich your experience e.g. British Culture, logic & problem solving, leadership challenges.
Prepare for the IELTS exam (exam is optional and subject to availability, cost approx. £250)

Activity Programme:

Afternoon activities include art & design, music, fitness and sport
Evening activities include team challenges, mystery nights, talent shows, traditional British games, relaxed nights in houses, discos
Special events include formal dinner in College Hall, Ceilidh (traditional dancing), archery
2 excursions per week e.g. Bath (Fashion Museum, Roman Baths), London (West End musical, river cruise), Oxford (college visit, professional guided walking tour, punting), Corfe Castle and a trip to the seaside.
