University of Aberdeen is located in the northen part of Scotland, about 1.5 hours by flight from London. Aberdeen is the third most populous city among the six designated cities in Schotland, with approximately 230,000 population. University of Aberdeen is the fifth oldest university in the UK and a well-known education and research center. Both insulin and MRI were invented by professors at the University of Aberdeen.
